How to start your day off correctly

Let us start the day right!
Waking up early used to be a daunting hard life. Now I wake up with ease.
1. Take deep breaths
Let us take it slow - to begin the day you will need to get right up and take deep breathes. Breathe in deep and feel alive.
As my alarm clock goes off, it is in the other room so I cannot turn it off. As I get up in anger, I take deep breathes and I am grateful for the day.
1. Breathe in from your nose and out from your mouth
As time passes, you may perhaps not desire an alarm clock. Who really wants to wake up to a daunting alarm clock?
